This February, #BlackHistoryMonth celebrates Black communities' richness, heritage, and exceptional contributions to Quebec culture.
With the theme "Many shades, one story", the 2024 edition offers a precious opportunity to highlight all the shades of Black history and the countless achievements of these communities, which have left an indelible mark on Canada's identity and heritage.
As the Women's Centre, we fight daily for the respect of all communities and the valuing of each individual, because we believe in the power of diversity to build an egalitarian future.
