Pay it forward is a network of mutual support and sharing between former participants currently employed - the mentors - and women newly enrolled in our services - the mentees.
Our team offers you networking activities and the chance to be matched or mentored with a woman who has had a similar career path to yours. This program enables us to create encouraging and constructive exchanges, to share experiences of life and hope, and to promote wider networking through pairing and mentoring.
