Our Services
Front Line Services (FLS)
As a point of entry to the Women’s Centre, the Front Line Services provides women with a place where, in complete confidentiality and with respect for their choices, they can enjoy support and a sympathetic ear. In order to accommodate as many women as possible, our services are offered in French, English, Arabic, Spanish and Creole. We provide women from Quebec and elsewhere with basic services to promote their personal, social, psychological and economic autonomy.
Objectives
More specifically, through individual meetings and group activities, our team of workers and volunteers offers information, concrete tools and solutions that will allow the women to take charge of their lives. Our approach aims to break isolation, promote social involvement and encourage teamwork among the participants.
